How to play

Steer with the Left and Right arrow keys or A and D. Up or Space handles jumping or accelerating, and pressing a key after a crash starts a new run. On a phone, tap and swipe instead.

Speed builds the longer you survive. Early on the gaps are generous and you can read each obstacle in advance; later the tunnel moves faster than you can comfortably process, so you stop reacting to single blocks and start reading the pattern ahead. Your score is simply how far you got, so every run is directly comparable with the last.

Tips

• Tap the steering keys in short bursts rather than holding them. Held input overshoots, and in a rotating tube overshooting puts you straight into the next obstacle.
• Look at the far end of the tunnel, not at the block right in front of you. By the time a nearby obstacle is big on screen, it is too late to plan around it.
• When the colours flash and shift, ignore them. The layout of the obstacles is what matters, not the background.
• If a run goes badly in the first few seconds, restart straight away. Early runs are cheap, and a clean start is worth more than salvaging a shaky one.
